Cultural Barriers

Cultural beliefs and institutional corruption posed significant barriers to Annie's campaign. Witchcraft practices, deeply ingrained in some communities, made the fight against child sacrifice particularly challenging. Corruption within law enforcement further complicated efforts, as investigations often faltered due to bribery and lack of accountability.
