I think seeing the destruction I've seen in my own life and not wanting to lose my grandkids. You know, I lost my kids and my son was six years old when I went to prison, I got out and he was 18. My daughter was 15 months old. I got out and she was 13 years old.

I'm teaching you how to connect with great people. Certainly, interesting people and manage relationships, using systems, using tiny habits. So it doesn't feel like a bunch of work. It's not awkward.
