    I was dehydrated and I was exhausted. Like really, really only hope that kept me going, you know, it was finding a residential district, you know, and just finding some water, some bread, and just staying there, pretending I'm a homeless and just begging for food, begging for money.

    Journey to SK

    's journey to South Korea was fraught with danger and uncertainty. With the help of a broker, he embarked on a perilous trek through Southeast Asia, constantly fearing capture and deportation back to North Korea 6. The journey was a test of endurance and courage, as he navigated through unfamiliar lands with the hope of reaching safety. A pivotal moment came when a stranger offered him assistance, connecting him to a South Korean missionary who would help him reach his destination 7.

    I embarked on another long journey to Southeast Asia and I was on a bus to travel to Southeast Asia. And I know how dangerous that journey is.
