Chris Fenton explains how Hollywood had to adapt to the Chinese market in order to sell their products and services to the government and the Chinese public. This involved censoring certain things, creating brand integrated storylines, and teaching the Chinese how to make movies themselves. Hollywood also had to create cultural relevancy and touchpoints that the Chinese public could identify with in order to compete with domestic films.In this clip
