Sanctions and Shell Companies

Jordan discusses the Magnitsky Act and how it is being used to sanction not only Russians but also officials involved in genocide and assassins of journalists. He also mentions the Panama Papers which exposed financial documents and named and shamed people from all over the world, especially those involved in shell companies where Russian oligarchs keep their money.
