Ukraine's Longterm Assurances

Chris and Jordan discuss the longterm assurances of peace between Russia and Ukraine, specifically if Ukraine is forced to stay out of western blocks like NATO and the EU. The Ukrainian people have a fundamental shift in their belief structure that they can't rely on anybody right now and have to do it themselves, but they also recognize they need external support.
