Claiming Credit

Alisa offers two strategies for claiming credit in the workplace: 1) thank the person for bringing up the pitch or campaign, and note other people on the team who helped; 2) find an ally in the office who will hype up your work and you'll do the same for them. These strategies will make it harder for others to steal your credit and create more cachet for you.
