I'm having trouble focusing on my schoolwork when I am not in university. I procrastinate a lot and end up sleeping less to make up for the work I don't complete on time due to this procrastination. It's a vicious cycle, and I wish my relationship with studying could be more fluid so that I can enjoy my life and have free time, rather than procrastinating on my work and sacrificing sleep. I usually don't find general tips helpful as I don't know how to apply them. I would prefer a specific protocol (specific in terms of duration, action, etc.) or specific actions I could take to improve the situation.
