Jordan shares his experience with Belgrade's secret police, who are made up of PTSD war criminals with unlimited authority to terrorize the local population. These Bosnian Serb police officers were relocated to Belgrade after the Civil War and given immunity from prosecution, allowing them to commit crimes against innocent people.
