Convalescent Plasma Trials
Julie explains that convalescent plasma trials are currently underway to determine if antibodies from recovered patients can help prevent infection in those who have not been infected. While the optimist view is that they will contribute to a speedier recovery or survival, there is also a pessimistic point of view that they may make matters worse.
