Cybersecurity and the Government

Richard Clarke explains why the US government cannot defend private networks from cyberattacks and why it's not their responsibility to do so. He argues that private companies have more expertise and resources to defend their networks and that the government should focus on creating regulations and policies to protect the country from cyber threats.
